Refund & Cancellation Policy Effective date: 14 February 2026 Last updated: 14 February 2026 1) Free trial We offer a 14‑day free trial on eligible plans. You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends. 2) Subscriptions All paid plans are billed in advance (monthly or annually). You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically generate a refund for the current term unless expressly stated below. 3) Refund window (first purchase) • Monthly plans: If you are a first‑time customer on a monthly plan, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the first charge. • Annual plans: First‑time annual purchases may be refunded within 14 days of the first charge. Subsequent renewals are non‑refundable. 4) Non‑refundable items We do not refund: (a) overages/usage fees (e.g., extra contacts, messages), (b) third‑party pass‑through costs (e.g., WhatsApp/SMS credits), (c) add‑ons purchased from the marketplace, (d) taxes, and (e) accounts terminated for policy/acceptable‑use violations. 5) Downgrades & plan changes Downgrades take effect at the next renewal. We do not prorate refunds for partial months/years. Upgrades are charged immediately and pro‑rated where applicable. 6) Cancellations You can cancel from your billing settings or by contacting support at billing@aipowerfunnel.com. After cancellation, your account remains active until the end of the paid term, then moves to a limited “free” or “archived” state, subject to data retention rules. 7) Billing disputes Please contact us at billing@aipowerfunnel.com within 30 days of any unexpected charge so we can investigate and resolve promptly. 8) Payment processors Payments are handled by trusted providers (e.g., Payment Gateway/Stripe). Refund processing times may vary based on the processor and your bank. All payments and refunds for AI Power Funnel are managed by the owner, Tushar Raosaheb Unhale. 9) Exceptional circumstances We may, at our sole discretion, issue goodwill refunds or credits in exceptional cases (e.g., extended outages not covered by SLA) after internal review. 10) Contact Billing & refunds: billing@aipowerfunnel.com
